Welcome to TradeTrust ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and application platform located at https://www.tradetrust.uk (the "Service"). By signing up, registering an account, or using the Service (including authenticating via Google or Facebook Login), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. We support single sign-on (SSO) login options including Google and Facebook Login. You are responsible for safeguarding your account access credentials and linked third-party auth tokens. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
Our Service is offered as a paid subscription model (either £15/month or £119.88/year billed annually). Subscription plans are processed using Stripe or PayPal secure payment gateways.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription status will transition to cancelled. If you are within your 14-day free trial period, access remains active until the trial period expires, after which your account features will be locked.
TradeTrust aggregates reviews and recommendations from Google Business and Facebook Pages via authorized third-party APIs. By connecting your profiles, you authorize us to fetch and process your review data.
We use Firebase (Google Cloud) for essential authentication and database operations. For non-essential analytics and conversion tracking, we utilize PostHog, Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
In accordance with UK GDPR and PECR, non-essential analytics and marketing cookies are only enabled if you explicitly opt in via our Cookie Consent Banner. You can manage or revoke your consent choices at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in our site footer.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) import or respond to reviews maliciously or fraudulently; (c) attempt to compromise the security of the Service or its API routes; or (d) scrape or download database directories without explicit authorization.
TradeTrust is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any downtime, loss of reviews, Meta/Google API changes, or direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
