2. Third-Party Services & Sub-Processors

To deliver our mobile-first reputation service efficiently, we work with trusted third-party service providers. Each provider processes data under strict contractual and privacy safeguards:

• Firebase (Google Cloud) — Essential Platform Infrastructure

We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore Database to manage user sign-ins, store account settings, and maintain encrypted business data. Firebase processes session credentials securely.

• PostHog — Product Analytics

We use PostHog to analyze application navigation, feature usage, and user flows. PostHog helps us identify usability bottlenecks and improve van-dashboard features for tradespeople.

• Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics — Site Analytics

Google Tag Manager coordinates analytics scripts to aggregate website traffic statistics, page view metrics, and conversion paths without selling user data.

• Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) — Conversion & Ad Attribution

The Meta Pixel measures the effectiveness of our Facebook ad campaigns, measures signup conversions, and helps serve relevant trade software updates to UK business owners on Meta platforms.
